Tracking was easy from order to delivery, which made ordering from overseas worry-free. The first unit had a faulty touch sensor, but customer service immediately sent a replacement. Defects can happen, but what truly matters is after-sales support, and theirs was excellent. I now feel confident using this product and would gladly buy from them again.

The neck pillows are comfortable and fit well. To be honest, every single accessory I bought was amazing

I bought this controller for my tesla but works also works on my phone, and pc. The controls are smooth and responsive, and fits well in my large hands. I also like the fact that you can play or charge the controller wirelessly or plugged in.

Looks good - white with white interior. Unobtrusive Metal border acts like spring holding it in place. Definitely keeps the car cool. Very happy

The back being in two pieces to get to both storage sections is well thought out and unique to Jowua. Mats fit well.
