Affiliate Policy and Terms
At Jowua, we value our partnerships with creators and strive to maintain a professional and mutually beneficial relationship. Below are the terms that govern our affiliate program:
General Responsibilities
- Professional Representation: The Jowua brand must be reflected in a professional and positive manner in all content.
- Logo Usage: Use only the official Jowua logos as provided below. Do not modify or alter them in any way.
- Content Creation: Affiliates are expected to create authentic content featuring Jowua products, consistent with their unique style.
Content Creator Responsibilities
- Brand Pronunciation: Pronounce Jowua correctly as "joe-uh" in all content.
- Positive Representation: Present the Jowua brand in a positive and authentic light, consistent with your style.
- Understand Products: Thoroughly understand the features and benefits of Jowua products before promoting them to ensure accurate representation.
- Content Reporting: Report back to Jowua once content featuring our products is completed, including links to published content.
- Engage Audiences: Create engaging content that resonates with your audience while highlighting Jowua products effectively.
Payouts and Eligibility
- Payout Schedule: Payouts go out at the end of each month via PayPal for any creator that reaches a threshold of $50 in commission owed.
- Content Activity: If no content featuring Jowua products is created within 6 months, Jowua reserves the right to deactivate affiliate coupon codes. Codes can be reactivated upon creation of new content.
Ownership and Usage Rights
- Jowua retains all rights to its logos, trademarks, and intellectual property.
- Jowua may use affiliate-created content (e.g., clips, screenshots) for promotional purposes, with credit to the creator where applicable.
- Affiliates retain ownership of their video content but grant Jowua a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for promotional use.
Confidentiality
Affiliates agree not to disclose confidential information about Jowua’s products, plans, or business dealings unless explicitly approved in writing.
