Defects can happen, but what truly matters is after-sales support, and theirs was excellent. I now feel confident using this product and would gladly buy from them again.

I bought this controller for my tesla but works also works on my phone, and pc. The controls are smooth and responsive, and fits well in my large hands. I also like the fact that you can play or charge the controller wirelessly or plugged in.

The back being in two pieces to get to both storage sections is well thought out and unique to Jowua. Mats fit well.
