Tracking was easy from order to delivery, which made ordering from overseas worry-free. The first unit had a faulty touch sensor, but customer service immediately sent a replacement. Defects can happen, but what truly matters is after-sales support, and theirs was excellent. I now feel confident using this product and would gladly buy from them again.

The neck pillows are comfortable and fit well. To be honest, every single accessory I bought was amazing

I bought this controller for my tesla but works also works on my phone, and pc. The controls are smooth and responsive, and fits well in my large hands. I also like the fact that you can play or charge the controller wirelessly or plugged in.

Easy to fit and the quaintly of the fit and materials are excellent.

I got this for my girlfriend who always leases her cars. And I love that this is easily transferable to each and works really well! It also is very sturdy and I love how you can adjust it to any angle you want! And it has a built in cooling fan with QI2 charging!

The fragrance in the car lasts for about a month, and it smells amazing. I liked it so much that I ordered several different refill scents.

Looks good - white with white interior. Unobtrusive Metal border acts like spring holding it in place. Definitely keeps the car cool. Very happy

The back being in two pieces to get to both storage sections is well thought out and unique to Jowua. Mats fit well.
