For orders placed on Jowua.com, you will not need a receipt to make a return in a Jowua store. However, you will need to provide your order number to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. You can find your order number in any of the emails we sent you about the order. Jowua Members also can find their order numbers in their order history on Jowua.com.
