If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then the item can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from receipt of the item(s).

Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. The original shipping fee of an order is non-refundable.

How do I return a Jowua order?

To start the return process, please contact our Customer Support team service@jowua-life.com

Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact telephone number

Where is my refund?

Once we receive your items, we’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually within 10 business days. We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve issued the refund.

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for faulty products. For non-faulty items, refund excludes all shipping fee.

Please note that the cost of the return has to be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.

Did you receive a faulty product?

All of our products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase or up to 4-Year Warranty Via Product Registration. If you have a faulty product, please consult our warranty page.
