Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. The original shipping fee of an order is non-refundable.

How do I return a Jowua order?

Where is my refund?

Once we receive your items, we’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually within 10 business days. We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve issued the refund.

How do I check the status of my return?

You can check your return status from your orders page—we update the status based on where we are in the return process. Jowua Members can sign in to access their orders page. Guests will need to use their order number and email address to access their orders page.

Did you receive a faulty product?

All of our products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase or up to 4-Year Warranty Via Product Registration. If you have a faulty product, please consult our warranty page.
